<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer for identifying a Ficus pumila KNOX variety variant which can rapidly identify the Ficus pumila KNOX variety variant significantly excellent in nitrogen oxide absorbing capacity and assimilation capacity, and to provide a method for rapidly identifying the Ficus pumila KNOX variety variant using the primer. <P>SOLUTION: The method for identifying the Ficus pumila KNOX variety variant includes: the primer for identifying the Ficus pumila KNOX variety variant having a specific DNA sequence; an extraction step for extracting the entire DNA of the Ficus pumila; an amplification step of amplifying the extracted entire DNA using the primer by a PCR method; and a detection step of separately detecting an amplified product in the amplification step by electrophoresis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
