PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately suppress a transfer of electricity to an outside-vehicular facility from an electric company via a charge-discharge-enabled vehicle.SOLUTION: An electricity transfer suppression system includes: an electric energy calculation apparatus for calculating a supplied electric energy supplied from an electric company to a charge-discharge-enabled vehicle; and an electricity bill calculation apparatus for calculating an electricity bill for the supplied electric energy in a calculation method that suppresses a supply of electricity to an outside-vehicle facility from the vehicle storing electricity supplied from the electric company, the electricity bill calculated in a charge system where an actual unit price applied to an electric energy that is supplied from the electric company and used by the vehicle is lower than an actual unit price applied to an electric energy that is supplied from the electric company and used by the outside-vehicle facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
