PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that deviation between a plurality of semiconductor units has occurred.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting element includes: three or more semiconductor units which are formed on the same substrate so as to be arrayed in one direction and have the same structure; a first terminal formed on the semiconductor unit on one end among the three or more semiconductor units; a second terminal formed on the semiconductor unit on the other end among the three or more semiconductor units; a first wiring formed across the three or more semiconductor units so that the semiconductor unit having the first terminal formed thereon is connected to the other semiconductor units; and a second wiring formed across the three or more semiconductor units so that the semiconductor unit having the second terminal formed thereon is connected to the other semiconductor units. Respective resistance values between the semiconductor units of the first wiring become larger with a distance from the first terminal, and respective resistance values between the semiconductor units of the second wiring become larger with a distance from the second terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A |
