PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time required to start up and complete printing from a power-off state or an energy-saving state.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus supplies a power, which has been supplied to all heating bodies, to only a heating body corresponding to the size in the main scanning direction of a recording material, and performs rotation processing control of image data to perform printing only while the difference in fixing reload time between vertical and horizontal directions of a recording material placed on a recording supply part is larger than the difference in time required for paper feed between the vertical and horizontal directions of the recording material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
