PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cooling jacket which enables improvement of thermal conductivity and downsizing, and to provide a manufacturing method of the liquid cooling jacket.SOLUTION: A liquid cooling jacket 1 circulates a heat transport fluid to cool a heating body H and includes: a liquid cooling body 10 having body passages 16 defined by fins 14; and fixing pins 20 to which the heating body H is fixed. Hole parts 15, which communicate with the body passages 16 and open on the one surface side, are formed in the liquid cooling body 10.
