The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fermented ginseng product enhanced with ginsenosides Rh2 and Rg3 contents. More specifically, the present invention relates to method for manufacturing a fermented product increased with ginsenosides Rh2 and Rg3 contents using low-carbon pretreatment processes such as super-high pressurization process, and ultrasonic wave process, microwave process, and medium-temperature fermentation process, fermented ginseng product manufactured by the method; and a pharmaceutical composition, health food composition and cosmetic composition containing the fermented ginseng product as an active component. According to the present invention, the low carbon processes including super-high pressurization, ultrasonic wave, and microwave processes, are applied to cause a morphological change inside and outside a ginseng, thereby increasing the fermentation efficiency and reducing the fermentation time, which leads to high economic feasibility. Compared with traditional methods of the 37°C fermentation process and hot water extraction at 80 to 100°C using lactic acid bacteria, the processes of the present invention is more simplified and is more profitable regarding the amount of ginsenosides Rh2 and Rg3. Therefore, the method of the present invention can be widely utilized for the development of cancer cures, cancer preventives, anti-cancer health food, and cosmetics. |
