PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power module which improves heat radiation performance and thereby improves the reliability.SOLUTION: A power conditioner 100 converts direct current power from a solar battery into alternating current power and includes: a housing 3 which houses electric components including a power module 2 that is a heating element; a heat sink 1 thermally connected with the power module 2; and a heat sink attachment part 4 which attaches the heat sink 1, which is not in mechanical contact with the housing 3, to the housing 3 with clearances A, B provided between the housing 3 and the heat sink 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
