PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem of a method for cooking with a microwave oven having the difficulty in uniformly heating and tending to enlarge the unevenness in heating when heating different cooking ingredients put together in the oven owing to the following factors: the difference between the cooking ingredients in microwave-absorbing characteristic; the unevenness in electric field intensity in the oven; and the concentration of microwaves varying depending on the differences between foods in shape, size and state.SOLUTION: A microwave-absorbing sheet according to the present invention comprises: a water-absorbing sheet and a conductive liquid. As the water-absorbing sheet, a nonwoven fabric is used, which has a basis weight of 10-150 g/m, and a thickness of 0.1-5 mm. The conductive liquid contains 100-1000 g/mof sodium chloride aqueous solution having a concentration of 1.0-25%. In microwave cooking, the heating temperatures of cooking ingredients can be adjusted by putting, in an oven, the microwave-absorbing sheet or a container comprising the microwave-absorbing sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
