decoding a current frame of a current segment of the video bitstream having a first video quality; combining the decoded current frame and a decoded previous frame of a temporally previous segment of the video bitstream into an enhanced current frame, the temporally previous segment of the video bitstream having a second video quality higher than the first video quality; and decoding remaining frames of the current segment of the video bitstream using the enhanced current frame. |
