PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker which can cook by smoothly using a heating chamber repeatedly.SOLUTION: A heating cooker: includes a heating chamber 2, gas burners 55, 56, a detection part 14 for detecting a temperature in the chamber, and a cooking condition setting part 380 for setting a cooking condition; and sets an abnormal overheat prevention temperature for forcibly extinguishing the gas burners 55, 56 while cooking. It sets a plurality of combustion patterns with respect to an identical cooking condition on the basis of an initial temperature when cooking starts; and sets a high temperature combustion pattern when the initial temperature is high among the plurality of combustion patterns set every initial temperature with respect to the identical cooking condition so that a timing of heating power switching is early and a reduction in heating power when switching fire power is large compared with a low temperature combustion pattern in the case that the initial temperature is low. |
