PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device which realizes highly accurate A/D conversion of a signal corresponding to a difference between first and second signals in the case where a channel signal of a sensor device is constituted of the first and second signals, and further to provide an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An integrated circuit device includes: an amplifier circuit AMP which is input with a first signal SG1 from a sensor device 10 in a first period, is input with a second signal SG2 constituting a channel signal of the sensor device 10 by forming a pair with the first signal SG1 in a second period and outputs a signal AMQ corresponding to a difference between the first signal SG1 and the second signal SG2; and an A/D converter ADC for performing A/D conversion for the output signal AMQ of the amplifier circuit AMP. The amplifier circuit AMP is constituted of a switched capacitor circuit for canceling an off-set voltage of an operational amplifier possessed by the amplifier circuit AMP. |
