<p>The brake has tie bars (4) running at distance and parallel to each other and connected with each other. An actuation device is attached to a saddle head (3), and includes swingable brake levers, a brake stamper (8) pressed on a brake pad, and a cross element, in which the brake stamper is rotatably supported. An adjusting device adjusts a changeable air gap, and a brake caliper includes a C-shaped frame (1) i.e. forged or formed part, and a separable housing (5) that receives the adjusting device.
