The present invention is to prevent lateral buckling of a steel beam at the time of constructing a slab layer by easily installing a beam for preventing lateral buckling between steel beams installed on steel columns at the time of constructing a steel frame building, and to reuse the beam by easily separating the beam when a lateral buckling prevention means is not necessary after constructing the slab layer, thereby simplifying construction and reducing construction costs. As a means for solving the problem, in the present invention, vertical supporters which can be fixed and installed between upper and lower flanges of an H beam constituting a steel beam are configured, a horizontal supporter is connected and installed between the vertical supporters to configure a lateral buckling prevention beam, and the vertical supporters and the horizontal supporter have adjustable heights and lengths, and can be adjusted and installed in accordance with the interval between the upper and lower flanges of the H beam constituting the steel beam or the distance between the steel beams.
