A method of manufacturing a rare earth magnet includes a first step of manufacturing a sintered material (S) by pressurizing and sintering powder of a rare earth magnet, a second step of manufacturing a rare earth magnet precursor (C) by performing a hot sintering process for providing anisotropy to the sintered material (S), and a third step of manufacturing a rare earth magnet (RM) by cooling the rare earth magnet precursor (C) at a cooling speed of 10 °C/sec or more. |
