The present invention relates to a mobile communications terminal for outputting a bell sound selected by a sender, and a program stored in a medium for executing a method thereof. The mobile communications terminal comprises: a wireless communications unit which transceives data for a mobile communications function of a mobile communications terminal; a memory unit for storing a plurality of bell sounds; a control unit for receiving, from a bell sound setting service server of a receiver, identification information on a sender selection bell sound which is bell sound identification information selected by the sender of the mobile communications terminal of a sender just before setting a communications channel with the mobile communications terminal of the sender through the wireless communications unit, and replacing a predetermined conventional bell sound with the sender selection bell sound when the sender selection bell sound corresponding to the identification information on the sender selection bell sound from the bell sounds exists; and a speaker for outputting the sender selection bell sound as an audible sound.
