An air-cooling apparatus for a motor is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention the air-cooling apparatus for a motor comprises: a housing installed in the motor; a first guide unit provided inside the housing, and outputting hot air flowed in from the motor to the outside with the housing; a second flow guide unit provided inside the housing, and inserting cool air flowed in from the outside with the housing and the first flow guide unit; and a collision prevention member provided at least one of the first and the second flow guide units for the air not to collide to each other.
