A device for the protection of the suspension for traction line mounting vehicle, wherein the suspension system consist of the axle box (11), which includes the support domes (12) which serving for receiving a vertical spring of the vehicle suspension, through which are the guide pins (1) led , and which is arranged rubber-metal element with an interior rubber ring with plain shell and an outer metal shell. The vehicle suspension system is constituted by one spring arranged in the each support dome (12) or two parallel springs arranged in the each support dome (12). In two spring case the assembly having an outer spring (2) and the inner spring (3), wherein between the suspension and the support surface of the axle box (11) is arranged in the rubber-metal element with an interior rubber shell (4) with the sliding sleeve (5) and the outer metal shell (6). On the outer metal shell (6) of the rubber-metal element is mounted a support plate (7) of the inner spring (3) with a lower protective shield (8) and the inside of this protective shield (8) is integrated the rubber buffer (9) and the upper portion of the inner spring (3) is provided with a cap (10), wherein between the radial rubber buffer (9) and the surface of the guide pin (1) is the appropriate clearance, as well as between the sliding sleeve (5) and the guide pin (1). |
