摘要 This disclosure discloses a servomotor production method of a servomotor including a motor and an encoder. The encoder includes a rotating disk and an optical module. The rotating disk is mounted on a shaft of the motor and includes at least one concentric slit formed around a disk center. The optical module is provided with a light receiving element configured to receive light emitted from a light source and subjected to an action of the concentric slit on a substrate. The servomotor production method includes adjusting a position of the optical module with respect to the rotating disk by using the concentric slit by means of an output of the light receiving element when the optical module is fixed and arranged facing the rotating disk.

A servomotor production method of a servomotor comprising a motor and an encoder including a rotating disk mounted on a shaft of the motor, the rotating disk including at least one concentric slit formed around a disk center, each of the at least one concentric slit being one annular slit, the encoder including an optical module provided with a plurality of light receiving elements configured to receive light emitted from a light source and subjected to an action of the concentric slit on a substrate, comprising: adjusting a position of the optical module with respect the rotating disk by using the concentric slit by means of an output of the plurality of light receiving elements when the optical module is fixed and arranged facing the rotating disk, wherein adjusting the position of the optical module in a rotating direction in such a manner that outputs of a first light receiving element and a second light receiving element arranged symmetrically in a circumferential direction of the rotating disk on the substrate, the first light receiving element and the second light receiving element being included in the plurality of light receiving elements, each of the first light receiving element and the second light receiving element configured to receive light subjected to an action of the one concentric slit formed in the rotating disk, become substantially equal.
