PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disjoining of crosspieces by simple structure in a filter device which sandwiches a pleat-like filter between a crosspiece joined to an upper frame body of an upper frame and a crosspiece joined to a lower frame body of a lower frame.SOLUTION: The respective crosspieces 13 of an upper frame 11 are constituted so that two crosspieces 13 to be arranged along a valley part 2 of adjacent pleat folds by being viewed from an upper surface side of a filter 1 are annularly formed of a single metal wire rod with a joining part 16 to be joined to an upper frame body 12 between the two crosspieces 13, fillet welding of the joining part 16 is linearly performed to the upper frame body 12, and the respective crosspieces 23 of a lower frame 21 are also similarly joined to a mounting frame 24 of a lower frame body 22 in a pair of two crosspieces. Thus, joining strength is improved by increasing joint area of the respective crosspieces 13, 23, rigidity to external force in a lateral direction can be raised, and disjoining of the crosspieces 13, 23 can be certainly prevented by simple structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
