The present invention relates to a producing method of solid ice cream having two or more flavors and various colors, and solid ice cream thereof. The producing method of solid ice cream having two or more flavors and various colors comprises the steps of; forming a main body of first half ice cream by injecting soft serve ice cream in a first forming mold; inserting fillings in the center of the main body of first half ice cream; forming a main body of second half ice cream by injecting soft serve ice cream in a second forming mold; producing an integral main body of ice cream; and removing burr of a matching line.
