[Also in Division B5] A roller-bearing cage, made of synthetic plastic material, comprises bridge pieces 1 which extend over the whole length of the cage and secure the rollers against falling inwards, connected by identical end rings 3 which lie with their full cross-sectional height radially outwards of the outer face of the pieces 1, and is characterized in that one or more raised portions 4 are formed on the pieces 1 at a point or points between the rings 3, and within their radial height, which diverge outwardly in the cross-sectional plane of the cage and the aerial length of which extend only over a limited part of the pieces 1. A further embodiment described two portions 4, one abutting each ring 3, having a space between the length of which is at least equal to the length of a raised portion. |
