PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of precisely estimating discharge behavior from a furnace top bunker of a raw material loaded in a blast furnace.SOLUTION: In a discharge behavior estimation method of a raw material 3, an inclination angle of a raw material 3 in a furnace top bunker 5 is measured, and the measured inclination angle is used to estimate discharge behavior of the raw material 3 from the furnace top bunker 5 by a calculation model for calculating the discharge behavior. The inclination angle is an angle (first angle) of a slope of the raw material 3 at the time of completion of loading of the raw material 3, or an angle (second angle) of a slope of the raw material inclined upward toward a side wall of the furnace top bunker 5 from above a discharge port 6 of the furnace top bunker 5, the angle being stably formed after a transition time from beginning of discharge from the discharge port 6 of the loaded raw material 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
