PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device and an image formation system capable of achieving output limitation without impairing convenience of a user.SOLUTION: A user information acquisition unit 301 acquires user identification information. An authority information holding unit 302 holds the output authority information. An image formation unit 140 generates a printed matter. A color ratio acquisition unit 303 acquires color ratio of print object image data. An output limitation execution unit 304 limits the print conditions of the print object image data in the image formation unit 140 to executable print conditions depending on the output authority information, based on the output authority information corresponding to the user identification information held in the authority information holding unit 302 and acquired by the user information acquisition unit 301, and the color ratio acquired by the color ratio acquisition unit 303.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
