A DEVICE FOR THE POSITIONING OF RUBBER SEALS ON ANY-TYPE ALUMINIUM, WOODEN, SYNTHETIC OR METAL PROFILES

Novelty: a device for the positioning of rubber seals on aluminium, wooden, synthetic or metal profiles of any type is disclosed. Constitution: the roller conveyor 2 having six rollers 6, one central clockwise-rotating divided roller 3, a roller conveyor 7 having six rollers 9 vertically- positioned on the inner side of the roller conveyor 2 at the centre of which there is adapted the anti-clockwise rotating head 10 which, moving via the handle 20 in a semi-circular and vertical way with regard to the roller conveyor 2, presses the rubber seal inside the profile’s housing. In parallel, it presses the profile against the rotating roller 3 and pushes it to the right. At the outer side of the roller conveyor 2 and in vertical disposition there is adapted the roller conveyor 17 having four rollers 18. The roller conveyors (7,17) are adjusted to conduct the profile onto the roller conveyor 2. The invented device is able to receive extensions at the two sides of the roller conveyor 2 for the treatment of very long profiles.
