The present invention provides an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the organic light emitting display device has an encapsulation layer formed by an inkjet printing process. The organic light emitting display device includes: a substrate; a display unit disposed on the substrate; a dam part disposed on an outer area of the display unit on the substrate; and the encapsulation layer sealing the display unit. The encapsulation layer includes an organic film covering the display unit, and a first inorganic film covering the organic film and the dam part. A material of the dam part is the same as that of the organic film.
