PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a cotter pin easily and surely in accordance with an indirect hot-line work method.SOLUTION: Two rod bodies 2 and 2 cross each other and are disposed so as to be freely opened/closed with a crossover point as an axis. A space from the crossover point to one end is defined as a driving side 12 and a space from the crossover point to another end is defined as a driven side 13. A mounting part 3 that is mounted to a plyer 120 in a freely removable manner is provided at the driving side 12. A split pin holding part 4 which is opened/closed while being interlocked with opening/closing of the plyer 120 and is capable of holding a split pin 202 protruding from a cotter pin 201, is provided at a distal end side of the driven side 13. Between the split pin holding part 4 at the driven side and the crossover point, a cotter pin holding part 5 is provided which is opened/closed while being interlocked with the opening/closing of the plyer 120, and holds the cotter pin 201 so as to surround the cotter pin 201.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
