PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bat that is formed by externally inserting a resin-made cylindrical body in a wooden bat body, the bat that is strong against impact.SOLUTION: A bat includes a wooden bat body 1, a core rod 2 and a resin-made cylindrical body 3. The bat is configured as follows: a body engagement groove 11 is formed along the axial direction on an outer circumferential surface of a hitting ball part of the bat body 1; a body insertion hole 12 is formed along the central axis from the tip side, in the hitting ball part of the bat body 1; an engagement protrusion 31 is formed along the axial direction, in an inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical body 3; a cylindrical body 3 is externally inserted in the hitting ball part of the bat body 1; the engagement protrusion 31 is engaged with the body engagement groove 11; and the core rod 2 is inserted to the body insertion hole 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
