PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element having a Bragg reflection distribution layer disposed above a phosphor layer.SOLUTION: The light-emitting element includes: a light-emitting unit; a phosphor layer; and a Bragg reflection distribution layer. The phosphor layer is disposed on the light-emitting unit. The Bragg reflection distribution layer is disposed above the phosphor layer.
