Provided are a fertilizer composition for improving fruit quality and thinning fruits, a method of thinning fruits, and a manufacturing method of the fertilizer composition. The fertilizer composition in the present invention comprises: a fermented herb medicine mixture including Houttuyniae Herba and lower grade ginseng; marine algae extract; and amino acid. The fertilizer composition sheds unnecessary flowers so as to stimulate the growth of fruits without hindering the pollination of flowers, and is harmless to bees and flower visiting insects without damaging plant bodies. Also, the fertilizer composition does not show effects of flower bud thinning, flower pruning, and fruit thinning other than during specific time of treatment, and reduces workforce by having about 90% of rate of successful bud thinning, flower pruning, and fruit thinning at maximum, while increasing the production of high quality fruits with high sugar content, thereby contributing to increase earnings of fruit farms. |
