The present invention is to provide a vibration-proof mat to obtain great soundproof and vibration-proof performance, a track structure for a tunnel using the same, and a construction method thereof. To achieve this, according to the present invention, the vibration-proof mat comprises a rubber plate and a hollow hole. Moreover, to achieve this, according to the present invention, the track structure for a tunnel using the vibration-proof mat comprises: a floor concrete layer; a vibration-proof mat; an auxiliary track bed concrete layer; a track bed concrete layer; and a rail. In addition, to achieve this, according to the present invention, the construction method of the track structure for a tunnel using the vibration-proof mat comprises the following steps of: constructing a floor concrete layer; laying the vibration-proof mat on an upper surface of the floor concrete layer; constructing an auxiliary track bed concrete layer; constructing a track bed concrete layer; and installing a rail on an upper surface of the track bed concrete layer with a coupling device. |
