Stem cell for therapeutic use which is derived from human monocyte, and method for inducing same

Disclosed are stem cells obtained by culturing monocytes in the presence of (i) M-CSF and (ii) at least one member selected from the group consisting of ganglioside and water-soluble plant derived extract extracted by the Folch extraction method, thereby dedifferentiating the monocytes, wherein the CXCR4 expression of the stem cells is more than three or four times greater compared with stem cells obtained by culturing monocytes in the presence of M-CSF and IL-3 and the CXCR4 expression of the stem cells is more than two or three times greater compared with bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells.
