摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge discharge controller of a power storage system in which the life of storage batteries can be prolonged, while bringing out the performance of the power storage system enough, in a power storage system using a large number of storage batteries.SOLUTION: A storage battery connection state controller in a power storage system constituted by series connection of a plurality of storage battery groups 10, 20, 30 having storage batteries 11-14, 21, 22, 31-34 connected in parallel via disconnectors 111-114, 221, 222, 331-334 has a group allowable value setting section for setting the allowable conduction characteristic values, i.e., the maximum allowable values of conduction characteristic values of respective storage battery groups 10, 20, 30, a system characteristic value setting section for setting the minimum value, in the allowable conduction characteristic values of respective storage battery groups, as the allowable conduction characteristic value of the system, and a disconnector control section (charge discharge controller 100) for controlling the disconnectors 111-114, 221, 222, 331-334 depending on the allowable conduction characteristic value of the system.
