The present invention provides a production method that improves the mechanical strength characteristics of a Ni alloy component formed by metal powder injection molding in which a precipitation-hardened Ni alloy powder is used. The production method for a Ni alloy component is provided with: a solution treatment step in which a sintered body formed by using metal powder injection molding to sinter a precipitation-hardened Ni alloy powder comprising 0.65-1.15 mass% of Ti, 0.20-0.80 mass% of Al, 17.00-21.00 mass% of Cr, 4.75-5.50 mass% of Nb, 2.8-3.30 mass% of Mo, 50.00-55.00 mass% of Ni, and a remainder of Fe and unavoidable impurities is subjected to solution treatment by being held for 1-5 hours at 1,050-1,250 °C and then rapidly cooled to room temperature; and an aging treatment step in which the solution-treated sintered body is subjected to aging treatment by being held at 600-800 °C and then cooled to room temperature. |
