PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbe-carrying heat insulation capsule capable of maintaining a decomposition ability without removal or deactivation of microbe when agitating a sanitization object such as excrement or contaminated soil, when removing a decomposition-terminated compost or soil and even when adding a nutrient or fertilizer to the sanitization object.SOLUTION: There is provided a microbe-carrying heat insulation capsule involving a heat- or cool-storing phase change material with a covering material. A part or the whole of the outer peripheral surface of the covering material comprises an uneven structure having a microbe-carrying recess.
