PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feed tray which enables firm lock and easily avoids inconvenience caused by forgetting about a lock operation.SOLUTION: A paper feed tray is provided with: a tray body holding sheets so that they can be fed in a prescribed paper feed direction; and a regulating plate which can be moved in a side direction orthogonal to a paper feed direction and regulates a position in the side direction of the held sheets. In the tray body, a first meshing teeth row and a second meshing teeth row where meshing teeth are arrayed in the side direction are installed so as to face each other. The regulating plate is provided with an engaging member which is movable in a height direction of the meshing teeth row and suppresses movement of the regulating plate in the side direction by being engaged with the meshing teeth row. The first meshing teeth row is higher than the second meshing teeth row. |
