Disclosed are a spectrum allocation method and an information reporting method and apparatuses, which are used for solving the problems of the lack of flexibility and low spectrum resource utilization rate of traditional spectrum allocation methods. The method comprises: after determining that a spectrum adjustment condition is met, performing for each spectrum unit the following processing: receiving gain information, reported by network management devices of operators, on the spectrum unit; and configuring the spectrum unit for an operator with optimal gain information according to the received gain information, so that the network management device of the operator schedules a user equipment belonging to the operator on the spectrum unit. Because spectrum resources can be reconfigured for each operator according to gain information, reported by network management devices of the operators, on each spectrum unit, the use efficiency of licensed spectrum is improved. |
