PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoot apex part processing apparatus capable of efficiently extracting a growth point easily and securely in a short time with a simple structure while preventing contamination or damage of a growth point to be extracted.SOLUTION: There is provided a shoot apex part processing apparatus 10 which exposes a growth point used in culturing a shoot apex part P of a plant, which comprises: a rotary stage 30 rotatable about a predetermined rotational axis 31; workpiece fixing means 40 for fixing the shoot apex part P to the rotary stage 30; and a blow nozzle 51 capable of ejecting gas to the shoot apex part P fixed to the rotary stage 30.
