摘要 The present invention relates to an automatic quantity calculation method for calculating rough estimate that applies parameters to building construction objects and finishing parts materials and designates code information on calculated quantities in the construction design stage (planning design, basic design and execution design), and a classification system of extracted information. The automatic quantity calculation method for rough estimate calculation and an information classification system comprises: (a) a step (S100) of selecting a level of construction design for BIM rough estimate calculation, and quantity calculation scope and code of building construction objects and finishing parts materials; (b) a step (S110) of determining whether building construction objects and finishing parts material quantities are calculated or not; (c) a step (S120) of calculating quantities and applying the selected code information, through construction objects selection and parameter application, when quantities of building construction objects only are calculated; (d) a step (S130) of calculating quantities and applying the selected code information, through construction objects and finishing parts material selection and parameter application, when quantities of building construction objects and finishing parts materials are calculated at the same time; (e) a step (S140) of determining whether BIM model is corrected or not; (f) a step (S150) of classifying the calculated quantities into common objects and individual objects, and printing out an estimate statement with a unit cost applied to individual objects.
