1. A user input apparatus, comprising:
a first sensor configured to measure force information that is applied to an input surface of the user input apparatus, wherein the force information comprises vertical information in a direction normal to the surface, horizontal information in a direction parallel to the surface, or a combination thereof; a second sensor configured to measure orientation information that includes a physical quantity of a rotary motion of the user input apparatus, the second sensor including an angular velocity detector, a tilt sensor, a magnetic field sensor, an azimuth sensor, a gravity sensor, or a combination thereof; and a signal processing unit configured to generate a content control signal by combining the force information and the orientation information, wherein the signal processing unit is configured to: calculate a magnitude of a force based on the measured force information, calculate a tilt angle of the user input apparatus based on the measured orientation information, and generate a 3D input information using transform of the force information based on the tilt angle, when the magnitude of the force is greater than or equal to a predetermined value. |
