The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment, the present invention includes: a data line placed on a substrate in a first direction, and delivering a data signal; a gate line placed on the substrate in a second direction, and delivering a gate signal; a thin film transistor formed by crossing the gate line and the data line; a pixel electrode connected to a drain electrode or source electrode of the thin film transistor, and corresponding to a white pixel area; a low reflection layer placed by facing the white pixel area, and including a metal material to reflect non-polarized external light; and a light shielding layer placed by facing the thin film transistor.
