PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaning device where cleanness in a clean room is enhanced by extremely reducing the possibility of the accumulation of dust and the like on a surface facing the inside of the clean room in the air cleaning device and the cleaning operation of the surface of the air cleaning device is easily performed.SOLUTION: A front surface 11 of a casing 10 faces a clean room. A suction port 12 for flowing air from the clean room is formed on the front surface 11. A slit frame 40 is constituted by bridging a plurality of plate-like members 46 extending in parallel with each other on a pair of support members 45 fixed at the inner peripheral edge of the suction port 12. An exchange port panel 15 closing an exchange port 14 for exchanging an HEPA filter 20 is disposed on the front surface 11 of the casing 10. The surfaces of the exchange port panel 15 and the slit frame 40 form the same surface as the front surface 11.
