The invention relates to a device for processing material by mixing and/or plasticating, comprising at least two conical screws (2, 3), which are arranged next to each other in a common barrel (1) and the flights of which engage with one another and are driven to rotate in the same direction of rotation about the respective screw axis (4, 5) by at least one motor, the material that is to be processed being fed to the screws (2, 3) through at least one feed opening (6) in the barrel (1) that is arranged in the feed zone (E) of one end face of the screws (4, 5) and the material that has been processed by the screws (2, 3) leaving the barrel (1) through at least one outlet opening (7) in the barrel (1) that is arranged in the discharge zone (A) of the other end face of the screws (2, 3). In order to create advantageous plasticating conditions, it is proposed that the ratio of the numerical values of the screw outside diameter (c, d) to the profile overlap, that is to say to the overlapping area of the two screws (2, 3), is in the range between one to one and one to two both in the feed zone (E) and in the discharge zone (A). The essence of the invention is that in the reversible transducer of compressed air energy, which is formed of the high efficiency double cylinder-piston combined compressor- engine, controlled transmission, which is connected with the compressor-engine and with the rear wheel of the bicycle, control mechanism, which has two levers with control links and a compressed air tank fixed on the frame of bicycle, according to the invention the transmission is realized two channeled, the first is connected with the carrying element (chain), and the second with the rear wheel. |
