PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game for giving action to a mobile body, having a high amusement by a novel operation method.SOLUTION: A game control device controls a game which gives action to a mobile body moving in a display part. Action giving part setting means of the game control device sets a movable action giving part to a reference point provided in the display part. First movement means moves the action giving part from the reference point with the movement of an indication position of an indication body after the action giving part is indicated by the indication body. Second movement means moves the action giving part so as to pass the reference point when an indication by the indication body is released after the movement of the action giving part by the first movement means. Action giving means determines a state of overlapping or contact between the action giving part moved by the second movement means and the mobile body, and determines contents of action to be given to the mobile body on the basis of the determination result.
