PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measuring apparatus, a biological information measuring method, and a program that can inform that a measured value may be inaccurate when a body movement of a subject is large.SOLUTION: A measuring part 20 acquires biological information through a living-body interface 100 mounted on a subject. A body-movement comparing part 10 compares body-movement information on the subject acquired by a sensor 110 with a threshold value. An output part 30 outputs the biological information on the subject. When it is determined that the body-movement information is larger than the threshold value, the output part 30 uses an output mode different from that when the body-movement information is smaller than the threshold value.
