PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control valve control unit capable of removing a foreign object mixed in a hydraulic control valve even if pinching of the foreign object cannot be cancelled in a case of the occurrence of pinching of the foreign object.SOLUTION: An ECU controls an OCV including a spool moving in a sleeve. The OCV is configured to control a hydraulic pressure by moving the spool between one end portion and the other end portion in the sleeve. The ECU is configured to control the OCV to vibrate the spool in one end portion or the other end portion to thereby repeatedly strike a plunger against a stopper if pinching of a foreign object mixed into the OCV occurs.
