The present invention relates to a high speed press apparatus which is used to form or stamp a small sized part which is continuously supplied and has no usage of a ball bearing, thereby remarkably achieving improvement in precision. The high speed press apparatus comprises: a crankshaft (1); a ram (11); a main rod (9); and a lower mold (23). The crankshaft (1) is rotated by a motor (3). The ram (11) is coupled to a vertical guide bar (19) to be moved upward and downward along the vertical guide bar and has an upper mold (13) installed thereon. The main rod (9) has an upper end connected to the crank arm (7) of the crankshaft (1) and a lower end connected to the ram (11). The lower mold (23) is installed on a bed (21) to be positioned directly above the ram (11). The upper part of the main rod (9) is connected to the crank arm (7) through a screw, and the lower part of the main rod (9) is connected to the ram (11) through a screw. The upper part and the lower part of the main rod (9) have screw threads positioned in opposite directions to rotate the main rod (9), thereby adjusting the height of the ram (11) in a vertical direction. |
