PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TDM network system capable of performing dynamic resource allocation at high speed and increasing its scale.SOLUTION: A scheduler 20 comprises: a traffic variation difference calculation unit 31 for obtaining variation difference information by comparing a current required time slot matrix with a previous required time slot matrix; a decrease amount removal calculation unit 33 for deleting an already allocated time slot with regard to a path whose traffic decreases from a link schedule table 25, on the basis of the variation difference information; and an increase amount pasting calculation unit 35 for additionally allocating a time slot at an empty position in the link schedule table 25 with regard to a path whose traffic increases, on the basis of the variation difference information. |
