FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: method includes loading wastes in hermetic thermally insulated combustion chamber, in which thermal rods are placed, heating rods by irradiators of electromagnetic waves of ultrahigh frequency, heating wastes to be utilised to temperature of their burning, discharge of burning products through channel of their burning into hermetic thermally-insulated chamber of after-burning, equipped with thermal rods and connected with atmosphere by pipe. Heating of rods in combustion chamber and chamber of after-burning at first is realised in rages from 800 to 1200°C, then in heating and burning of wastes in combustion chamber, in the process of evaporation of water from wastes pressure of gases and steam in combustion chamber is increased, for which purpose air is simultaneously or alternately supplied into combustion chamber under pressure and heating of rods in after-burning chamber is brought to temperature 1200-1400°C, pressure of burning products in combustion chamber is brought to the moment of appearance of volatile components of burning products and appearance of air draught in chamber of after-burning, products of burning are forcedly supplied under pressure through channel from combustion chamber into after-burning chamber, where they are after-burnt at given temperature and neutralised, and then utilised by emission into atmosphere or special container. Rate of wastes burning and after-burning of burning products is regulated by intensity of irradiator radiation and supercharge of supplied air into combustion chamber, in the process of passing burning products in after-burning chamber difference in pressure of burning products in combustion chamber and after-burning chamber is regulated by increase or reduction of pressure of air, supplied into combustion chamber.EFFECT: increased efficiency of burning and neutralisation of gaseous combustion products.11 dwg |
