PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robust multiplexer and an operation method for the same.SOLUTION: A multi-channel multiplexer and an operation method for the same are provided. Each of plural input channels contains at least one conduction type doped bulk well. This method contains a step of setting each selected input channel out of the plural input channels to a non-conduction state by at least one corresponding control voltage, and a step of setting each of at least one doped bulk well of each selected input channel out of the plural input channels to at least one corresponding prescribed voltage. The at least one corresponding prescribed voltage is smaller or larger than the corresponding control voltage according to the conduction type. |
