PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable controlled temperature and humidity of air to be positively controlled to a target value while establishing energy saving.SOLUTION: This invention is constituted by a device main body 2 for controlling both temperature and humidity to a target temperature and a target humidity while taking air in a target and a compressed air supply means 13 for supplying dry air of a lower dew point temperature than a dew point temperature for a target humidity. The air of object is taken into the device main body and the compressed air showing a lower dew point temperature than the dew point temperature at a target humidity when it is converted into an atmospheric pressure dew point is released to atmosphere in the device main body, thereby the dry air of lower dew point temperature than the dew point temperature of a target humidity is supplied into the device main body and mixed with air in the device main body, the humidity of air in the device main body is controlled to the target humidity, air in the device main body set to the target humidity is cooled and heated and controlled to the target temperature and thereafter the object air is returned to the target. |
